Ingredients:
Dough: Organic flour (white flour milled from transitional wheat, unbleached flour, malted barley, niacin, iron, thiamin, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, corn oil, eggs, salt. Filling: Ground pork, ground chicken, onions, water, salt, black pepper.

    Cooking instructions:
    Traditional Style: 

    1. Boil for 5 minutes* and strain.

    2. Mix with butter.

    3. Serve with sour cream and dill.

     

    Crispy Style:
    1. Boil for 2 minutes* and strain.
    2. Fry in butter until golden brown*.
    3. Serve with sour cream and dill.

    In Chicken Broth:
    1. Boil for 5 minutes* and strain.
    2. Mix with butter.
    3. Place dumplings in chicken broth.

    *Please use thermometor to check internal tempeture and cook thoroughly.
